Klich L. Theoretical and methodical principles of master training in agriculture at the research university

The dissertation deals with the substantiation of theoretical and methodical principles of training of future masters in agriculture. The author's interpretations of the basic concept "training", "willingness", "master course", "research university" have been analyzed and proposed. The analysis of the problems of the development of master course and research universities in the higher education system in historical and pedagogical retrospective has been done. The main factors of the increase of quality of future masters training have been determined. Scientific and methodical principles of the elaboration of masters programs of future specialists in agriculture training have been substantiated. The content of these programs was determined by production, research, pedagogical, expert and control and administrative areas of graduates future employment. The role of the master paper in the process of the formation of the willingness of masters to the professional activity has been ascertained. The efficiency of the conceptual model of the willingness formation of future masters' in agriculture to the professional activity in research universities has been theoretically substantiated, developed and proved experimentally.
