Essay

Research object: solar wind, space sources. Subject of researches: decameter radio emission of space sources. Purpose of dissertation work: creation of maximally complete picture of the interplanetary scintillation phenomenon in the decameter range of radio waves. Methods: observations, treatment of signals, development of equipment. Practical value: It is necessary to use the set parameters of the solar wind for construction the solar wind model. Estimation of bar of frequency correlation of the interplanetary scintillations allows substantially to promote the sensitivity of measurements. The distinctions of the interplanetary and ionospheric scintillations allow them to divide. The limit on flows in radiocontinuum of star relic must be taken into account at creation of models of stars evolution. Scientific novelty: Developed and applied new equipment are methodical approaches of radio-astronomy researches. The key problem of study of the interplanetary scintillations on decameter waves, dividing the interplanetary and ionospheric scintillations, is solved. Firstly on decameter radio waves the interplanetary scintillations on small elongations are discovered. Possibility of discovery and research of CME beyond the Earth orbit is firstly proven with the use of method of the interplanetary scintillations. It is firstly established that the band of high frequency correlation of process of the interplanetary scintillations in the decameter range of radio waves exceeds 10 MHz. Sphere of the use: scientific organizations of radio-astronomy and radio- physical directions.
