Olifirenko L. Institutional mechanisms for state regulation of industrial corporates.

Dissertation is devoted scientific ground theoretical and methodological principles of formation of the institutional foundations of state regulation of corporate structures. The basic concepts of institutional theory in the field of regulation of corporate structures is summarized and analyzed, institutional paradigm, its origin and meaning are defined. The interrelations of institutions with the market mechanism, transaction costs, public and corporate governance were investigated, which was reflected in the typology of corporate structures. The institutional analysis of state functions was carried out, which allowed proving the effectiveness of institutional changes in the development of corporate structures.
