Essay

The object - is composite aggregates of rocket and space technology. The goal - is increasing of domestic composite aggregates efficiency by the designing, improving and implementation of technology and manufacturing scientific bases. Research methods - methods of classification theory, systematic approach, mathematical logic, qualimetry, praxeological analysis, technological mechanics of composites, finite element analysis, an anisotropic solid mechanics, structural analysis and expert estimates, optimization and technoeconomic analysis, ground testing of experimental units, non-destructive quality evaluation methods. Practical results - were developed technological solutions of truss structures for spacecrafts KA17F43, AUOS-SM-KF, "Lybid", KA5MF "Sich", engines, aggregates of nose section, interstage bay of rocket launcher "Cyclone-4", and a number of solar panel frames. Scientific novelty - is scientific direction in production technology, which focused on new conceptual approaches to improving of rocket and space technology on the stage of technological preparation and production of composite units by realizing of their potential , advanced technological processes, information technologies and by improving of their qualimetric characteristics. The results are implemented in the Yuzhnoye State Design Office, "UkrNIITM", National Aerospace University "Kharkiv Aviation Institute", Dnipropetrovsk national university. Branch - rocket production.
