Essay

Research object - process postharvest processing of grain in a farm south of Ukraine. Research objective - improving the efficiency of post-harvest handling of seed and commercial grain by forming methodology study composition and functional parameters of technical means. Work performed theoretical - experimental method with the use of elements of the system analysis . For the development of mathematical models and methods of calculation used the main provisions of higher mathematics, probability theory and queuing, identification methods and simulation. Multivariable mathematical models developed hardware postharvest processing of grain. Developed component-wise procedure of justification and functional parameters PHGH. Research shows probabilistic - statistical relationships performance indicators winnowing machines and units variational methods , correlation and regression analyzes. The technique of justification and functional parameters of hardware PHGH under farms south of Ukraine, using simulation. Was further developed methodology componentwise justification procedure composition and functional parameters of machines and units of postharvest grain processing , allows to analyze the influence of various factors on the functioning of the grain complex process and synthesis - justification of the composition and functional parameters of machines and equipment. Drafted grain complex and reconstructed in the farms of the South of Ukraine. Recommendations to improve the processes of post-harvest grain handling commodity grain and seed fund transferred to the NGO "Elite" of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the Department of APR Zaporizhzhya Regional State Administration. Designed Precleaning separators skalperatornogo type and advanced processing line for the heap at the hospital tested and implemented in the NSC "IMESG" (Glevaha) GSKB by reaper (Berdyansk) and subsidiary "Gulyai-Pole Mechanical Plant" "JSC Motor Sich" (Gulyaypole).
