Essay

Object is the corporate culture of lecturers of pedagogical university. The goal is to scientifically substantiate the theoretical and methodological concepts and the model of forming of corporate culture among lecturers of pedagogical university in the process of scientific activity. Methods are theoretical, empirical, statistical. Novelty - the concept of forming of corporate culture among pedagogical university teachers in the process of scientific activity was first developed and scientifically substantiated. A model of forming of corporate culture among teachers in the organization of their scientific activities was worked out. The notions of "scientific activity of teachers of pedagogical university", "organizational culture of higher educational pedagogical establishment", "intellectual potential of the university" were specified. A technique of forming of corporate culture of a university was further developed. Results: methodology of forming of corporate culture among teachers from pedagogical university during the process of organization of their research activities; diagnostic tools of corporate culture of high school teachers; monitoring of productivity of research activities of the faculty of a university were elaborated. Effectiveness of implementation is high. Branch - teaching, higher education institutions.
