Essay

A research object is technologies of complex mineral fertilizers by nitric-acid decompounding of phosphate-glauconite concentrate from Novo-Amvrosievsky deposit. The aim of the work: development of scientific bases and technologies of phosphorus-containing raw materials with low content of phosphorus oxide (V) nitric-acid conversion into complex N:P:Ca-fertilizers. Research methods and apparatus: atomic absorption spectroscopy, x-ray structure analysis, mass-laser spectroscopic, optic and electronic, flame photometry, pycnometry, complexometry, potentiometry, ionometry, titrimetry, рН measurement. Theoretical and practical results: kinetics and mathematical models for processes of nitric-acid decompounding of phosphate rocks and neutralization of nitric-acid extract were developed, essential technological schemes were recommended for the production of liquid and solid nitrogen-phosphoric fertilizers with a high content of water-soluble Calcium, and also for the utilization of solid waste materials with the receiving of target products: SiO2, Ca5(PO4)3(ОН), SiO2·CaO. Novelty: scientific bases were created for the development of technologies of phosphorus-containing raw materials with low content of phosphorus oxide (V) nitric-acid conversion into complex fertilizers. Degree of introduction: technical information for the modeling of N:P:Ca-fertilizers technologies were given to Sumy State Research Institute of Fertilizers and Pigments (Sumy), experimental and industrial tests were conducted at "Severodonetsk Azot" (Severodonetsk), PJSC Concern Stirol (Gorlovka). The results of investigations were used for an educational process in disciplines for specialty "Chemical technology of inorganic compounds" with a direction of preparation 051301 - Chemical technology in NTU "KhPI". Branch of the use: Chemical industry.
