Object - the risk management processes of the corporation industrial enterprise of railway transport in terms of reforming Ukraine's economy. Goal - the development of theoretical foundations and methodological recommendations for risk management on the example of the industrial enterprises of railway transport in the recession of the domestic economy. This helps them to adapt to the operation in a volatile market environment, improve management efficiency and international competitiveness, and contributes to the efficiency of the economy of Ukraine by developing its transit potential. Methods - general scientific and specific; comparative, systematic, statistical, financial analysis; Mathematical Economics. Novelty - the first suggested methodological approach of integral evaluation of internal risks and developed organizational and economic mechanism of controlling of internal risk interaction of corporation of industrial enterprise of railway transport participants, based on using of methods of illegible logic and illegible sets, was adapted the use of domestic and foreign models estimating the probability of bankruptcy for industrial railway transport. Results - improved: the definition of "corporation" in the conditions of railway reform; organizational and economic mechanism of interaction of corporate industrial enterprise of railway transport; the definition of "risk of interaction"; existing risk classification corporation industrial rail transport through the use of classification attribute "sphere of interaction"; internal risk management system of interaction between participants corporation industrial enterprise of railway transport through the application of risk management process approach; methodical approach forecast evaluation internal risk management efficiency of interaction between corporation industrial enterprise of railway transport participants based on the neural networks application.
