In the thesis a theoretical and experimental study of the problem of training future teachers for associative teaching foreign languages to primary school pupils is presented. Readiness of future teachers for associative teaching of the foreign languages to primary school pupils is considered to be the result of training. The author determines the criteria and levels of the readiness. The structure of readiness and its components, their criteria, indications and levels are presented in the work. A model of the future primarу school teacher of foreign languages is presented in the thesis. On its basis the author has worked out and described the experimental system of training future teachers for associative teaching of foreign languages to primary school pupils.
