Object of study: the management of the development of financial relations in JSCs system plemservisu Ukraine. Objective: To develop the theoretical aspects and practice of financial relations and management in joint stock companies APC. Methods: abstract logical, statistical groupings, monographic, comparison of financial ratios (R-analysis), correlation and regression analysis, modeling. Scientific novelty: first formed the concept of corporate finance, defined pattern increase or decrease in the present value of dividends corporations varied depending on changes in the value of equity; improved economic definition of finance, valuation capital of the company, financial balance model for corporations plemservisu system, the relationship between capital structure and dividend policy of joint-modified Ukraine for three-phase discounted dividends; received the further development of the financial relationship between the state and businesses, the concept dividend economic and tax and legal aspects, analysis of financial ratios systematization of joint-forming methods of debt.
