Research purpose - to study the sexual and age-dependent features of clinical flow, pathogeny mechanisms of hormonal-metabolic and cfrdiac complications of acromegaly and to ground the charts of combination and complex long-term treatment. A research object is an acromegaly. The subject of research is influence of hypersomatotropinemia and in combination with hyperprolaktinemia on a carbohydrate homoeostasis, lipid profile, cardiac system, function of the hypophysis-thyroid gland system for patients by the acromegaly of both sex and different age-dependent groups. Research methods: clinical, anthropometric, biochemical, immunoassay analysis, instrumental, mathematical. The new decision of scientific-practical issue of the day of neuroendocrinology is presented, modern presentation is namely extended in relation to pathogeny of hormonal-metabolic and cardiac complications on the basis of the set connections of growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor-1 with the displays of insulin resistance, disfunction of visceral fat tissiu, thyroid status, state of the cardiac system; grounded and created the applied algorithms of long-term combination and complex treatment taking into account modulating influence of age-dependent factor and sensitiveness to octreotide. An application area is the system of health protection, endocrinology, neurosurgery, therapy.
