For the first time various mechanisms to reduce the functional activity of the salivary glands, associated with disruption processes of saliva forming and salivation, which allows to optimize the treatment and prevention of dental disease in people with sialoschesis. Developed and tested "atropine" sialoschesis model and confirmed experimentally reproduce. Developed and tested in experiment and clinic new compositions with the effect of artificial saliva: remineralizing gel "Slyurem" and anti-inflammatory gel "Zoleh" and proved their high caries preventive and periodontal protective efficacy. It is shown that the proposed use of therapeutic and preventive complexes for persons with sialoschesis of different genesis enhance the functional activity of the salivary glands, improving the hygienic condition of the mouth, reduce the activity of inflammation in periodontal and oral mucosa, reduce the prevalence of hyperesthesia and have high caries preventive effect.
