Arabadzhyiev D. Electoral Process Public Monitoring in Ukraine: Conceptual Principles and Technologies of Practical Usage

The dissertation is devoted to the electoral process public monitoring as a complete scientific concept and a practical method of political reality studying. The concept of public monitoring is defined and substantiated. The author's conception of the election process public monitoring is described and its subjective, objective, procedural, structural and functional characteristics are given. Understanding of the electoral process public monitoring practical application is extended and the role of applied political researches in its structure is defined. The heuristic model of the election process public monitoring is given and recommendations for its implementation in Ukraine are formulated.
