Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the solution of scientific and applied problem, which is to develop the scientific foundations of electrotechnical complexes control for energy efficiency increasing, resource saving, and productivity based on the features of the dynamics of natural disturbances and states of complex biological objects. According to the research it is found that the traditional systems of parameters stabilization do not consider the states in which the biological objects are under the influence of natural and control disturbances, that leads to higher energy consumption and, consequently, to profitability reduction. On the base of theoretical and experimental studies it was determined states of biological objects, mathematical models of the transitions of these objects from one state to another, which allowed to use the results to calculate the electrical complex control strategies. Using the theory of stochastic processes and neural networks the natural disturbances were analyzed and their classes were defined, which allowed to predict these disturbances with sufficient accuracy for use in automation systems. The mathematical models of the productions with biological objects were determined and, on this base and using Lagrange multipliers the optimal control strategies for the electrotechnical complexes were formed. Using game theory and statistical solutions allowed to form the strategy for control of the electrotechnical complex taking into account the natural disturbances of natural states of biological object, which ensures profit maximization of production, and the use of coefficient of fixed assets profitability as a criterion for the efficiency of the systems – to choose the structure of the electrotechnical complex. Experimental studies and economic calculations confirmed the cost-effectiveness of the implementation of the electrotechnical complexes control systems into poultry farms and closed ground and validity of theoretical propositions.
