Khanin I. Theoretical and methodological foundations of information technology development of the national economy

A research object is a process of informatively-technological development of national economy. An aim of work is development of theoretical- systematic bases and practical recommendations on informatively-technological development of national economy of Ukraine on institutional basis. Research methods: analysis of the systems and cluster, logic, abstracting, generalization, analysis and synthesis, statistical analysis, cognitive and economic and mathematical design. The scientific novelty of work consists in deepening of theoretical and methodological bases, methodical approaches and practical positions on informatively-technological development of national economy on institutional basis. First: it is well-proven that informatization distributes maintenance of the technological mode; the semiotic paradigm of informative development of national economy is certain; conception of " franchise of institutes" offers; maintenance of institutes of informatively-technological development of national economy is certain and exposed. Improved: ground of conceptual government bases by informatively-technological development of economy; methodical going near the estimation of the state of safety of national economy in an informative sphere; methodical bases of estimation of level of development of national economy. Got further development: methodology of government control of national economy; concept-category vehicle, the paradigm essence of informatively-technological development of society.
