The conceptual basis for the formation and establishment of the paradigm of competitiveness of the food industry. Ensuring global food security and the joining of Ukraine to the countries of the guarantors of the security paradigm can serve as the basis for the growth of its food potential, and as a consequence of the increased competitiveness of the food industry. Formed the basic mechanism of formation paradigm of competitiveness of the food industry based on sustainable food systems - innovation clusters growth in agriculture. To overcome the disadvantages of individual structures in the food industry, formed the basic structure of the universal growth of innovation clusters in agriculture, and developed an approximate composition of cluster growth in oil, eggs, confectionery industry and market chicken.
