The conceptual basis for the formation and establishment of the paradigm of competitiveness of the food industry. On this basis, improved basic definitions in competitiveness and formed a complex conceptual apparatus for improving competition policy based on the paradigm of competitiveness of the food industry. Formed a comprehensive tool for improving the competitiveness of the food industry paradigm to him included the stage of competitiveness to be a key competitive advantage indicators of international competitiveness indices, the competitive environment and competition policy, the development of basic economic components and reinforcing factors of efficiency and innovation. Ensuring global food security and the joining of Ukraine to the countries of the guarantors of the security paradigm can serve as the basis for the growth of its food potential, and as a consequence of the increased competitiveness of the food industry. Formed the basic mechanism of formation paradigm of competitiveness of the food industry based on sustainable food systems - innovation clusters growth in agriculture. To overcome the disadvantages of individual structures in the food industry, formed the basic structure of the universal growth of innovation clusters in agriculture, and developed an approximate composition of cluster growth in oil, eggs, confectionery industry and market chicken.
