Essay

In the research the model of communicative activity of mentally retarded teenagers is substantiated and developed, its components and their constituents are described. Taking into account informative opportunities of teenagers with easy degree of intellectual backwardness the diagnostic tools, which had the adapted and author's techniques, directed on diagnostics of communicative activity, were elaborated. It is proved that by levels, types, indicators and dynamics of development of communicative activity the mentally retarded teenagers are behind the coevals from mainstream schools. The system of development and correction of communicative activity of mentally retarded teenagers, which provided work with pedagogues, parents, pupils, drawing into this work the representatives of different social institutes and mass media, is offered. It was proved that the complex usage in technologies of game, reflexive, communicative, forming methods stimulated the positive dynamics of communicative activity that was defined in higher level of its formation.
