Yuldashev S. Administrative and legal framework for alternative disputes involving enterprises and organizations

The thesis is devoted to developing of theoretical and legal foundations of alternative methods of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of enterprises and organizations. The difference between traditional and alternative methods of dispute resolution involving business entities was investigated and the features of economic disputes that affect the choice of method for their consideration were revealed. Within the framework of the theoretical and legal research of protection of rights and legitimate interests of economic entities required concepts and categories were formulated. At the base of the analyses of alternative methods of protecting the rights of enterprises and organizations the proposals for their systematization were given.
