There is the content of notion "economic security" considered in the thesis based on the made research. The meaning of informational component of economic security in systems of micro-, meso- and macrolevel is shown. The procedure of synthesis for enterprise security economic system is described. The concept of making the informa-tional subsystem in the enterprise economic security system is formed. The principal basis of such concept is determined. The conceptual consolidation model of enterprise economic security system is formed. The model of enterprise economic security system in the informational context is built in conceptual, matrix and space view. To evaluate the enterprise economic security the hierarchical and multiple methods are combined. The sequence of audit for enterprise economic security system is presented. Using the classification attributes for insiders and kinds of their activities the mathematical appa-ratus to build the model of insiders' activities on the enterprise is formed. The basics of monetary evaluation for information with limited access are built. The sequence of cal-culating the ratio of information weight for information with limited access is pre-sented. The sequence of calculating costs for making the enterprise economic security system is formed. Using the example of network attacks the propositions to evaluate losses and damages from the unauthorized impacts on the enterprise informational re-sources are considered. The opportunity of usage of existing methods to evaluate the ef-fectiveness of enterprise economic security system is analyzed.
