Object - processes and properties which designate nutrient status of soils, systems of fertilizers in crops rotations, crops yield and rotations productivity, formation ecology sustainable, energy and cost-effective agrotechnologies. Purpose - theoretical and experimental found to implement biologization elements into system of fertilizing crops in rotations of Right-Bank Forest-Steppe of Ukraine, to solve the problem of soil fertility preservation, to receive high yields and provide high ecology, energy and economic efficiency of agrotechnologies. Methods - the field, laboratory-analytical. The results of researches are processed with the methods of the statistical processing of data. Theoretical results - theoretical generalization and new solution of scientific problem were set out, which is to increase the efficiency of fertilizers application in grain-sugar beet rotations of Forest-Steppe Zone by implementing biologization elements and optimizing their nutrition composition, stabilizing natural fertility of black soils, increasing energy and economic efficiency of agrotechnologies. Appropriateness of the differentiated application of compensation amount of fertilizers when applying by-products of different species composition as depending on soil phosphate level and hydrothermal coefficient values were grounded. Practical results - the recommendations on application fertilizers under conditions of implementing biologization elements to crops fertilizing system in rotation of Right-Bank Forest-Steppe Zone of Ukraine on podzolic and leached black soils, loam texture were developed. The system of the differentiated application of compensation amount of fertilizers when applying by-products on soils of different soluble phosphate level and depending on hydrothermal coefficient values was worked out. The balance-calculation method was adapted to determine doses of fertilizers for planned yield of crops under biologization. When hydro-thermal coefficient less then 1,1 it is recommended to use modified formula of I.C. Shatilov and M.K. Kayumov (Д=(100·В-Г·Кг-П·Кп):Кд) and apply compensatory dose of fertilizers at the expense of primary dose; of hydro-thermal coefficient>1,1 - the normative method of doses calculation with applying additionally a compensatory dose of nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizers. The doses of fertilizers for the ratio of nutrients were optimized for major crops in rotation on podzolic and leached black soils, loam texture. Farms and enterprises with specialization in plant growing, of poor livestock or its absence, which located in the conditions of unsustainable moisture (hydrothermal coefficient = 1,1-1,3) of Forest-Steppe Zone, when growing agricultural crops in the rotations are recommended to apply all by-products in combination with optimal doses of fertilizers; of sustainable moisture (hydrothermal coefficient = 1,5) - the combination of fertilizers, by-products and stubble green manure crop - white mustard. Novelty - the efficiency of biologization the system of fertilizers for crops growing in rotations of Right-Bank Forest-Steppe of Ukraine which provides the increase of their productivity, preservation of black soil fertility and protection of the environment were theoretically and practically substantiated. The patterns of changing the content of organic matter, nutrients, hydrolytic acid in podzolic and leached black soils when biologing the system of fertilizers were defined for the first time, the influence of biologization on group composition of organic matter, on fractional composition of nitrogen, phosphoric and potassium in the soil were studied. The prognoses of changing soil fertility on nearest future were developed that orients manufactures to use widely biologization in the system of fertilizing crops. The correlations among compensation amount of nitrogen, humification coefficients of crops residues and dynamic of nitrate nitrogen content in the soil when applying by-products were determined, that allowed to adapt of the balance-calculation method after I.S. Shatilov and M.K. Kaiumov for calculation of optimal doses of fertilizers under biologization of grain-sugar beet rotations. The energy, ecology and economy advantages of alternative organic-mineral fertilizing systems in comparison to the use of traditional mineral and organic-mineral systems were determined. Degree of application - the substantive provisions of theoretical and experimental researches have been tested and implemented at the production units of network Institute of bioenergy crops and sugar beet NAAN and at the enterprises of Cherkassy and Kiev Regions of whole area 6,25 thousand hectares, that confirmed by the corresponding acts of introduction. The results of these researches entered to methodical recommendations of organizational and economic normative cost of crops production (sugar beet) with using bioadaptive technologies. The field is agriculture.
