The aim of the work was to study the histology rules and adaptive changes in fish of the Azov-Black Sea basin. Shows the formation of micro-level organization of organs and tissues under the direct influence of habitat conditions. New histological methods and the actual materials used in special ichthyological research and biomonitoring state of fish fauna.
