Dissertation is devoted research of the administrative legal regime in the field of state security of Ukraine. Analyses of the concept "administrative legal regime" and his correlation with state security. Certainly role and place of the administrative legal regimes in providing of state security of Ukraine. Investigational structurally functional description of the system of the administrative legal regimes in the field of state security. The base functional administrative legal regimes are outlined in the field of state security. Separate attention is spared the system review of legislation on questions of adjusting of the base functional administrative legal regimes in the field of state security. The problem of functioning of intercommunication of state security and human rights is violated. More detailed settlement of defense of human rights is offered at application of the administrative-law modes in the field of state security by introduction of the administrative legal regime of defense of human rights in the field of providing of state security of Ukraine. Grounded necessity of alteration of structure of the legislative providing of the administrative legal regimesin the field of state security, directions of improvement of administrative realization are also selected in the field of application of the administrative legal regimesin relation to providing of state security.
