Abdryahimova T. Nonpsychotic mental disorders due to significant physical problems on example of partially sighted traumatic genesis

On the basis of comparative socio-demographic, clinical psychopathological, psychodiagnostic, neurophysiologic analysis, based on specialized clinics eye injury, surveyed 600 people aged 18 - 60 years with partial loss of traumatic origin, defined clinical criteria and prognosis of non-psychotic mental disorders in contingents. Defined clinical and organizational aspects, formulated soil, principles which form the above-mentioned aid. Activities based on the principles of unity of methodology assistance, manageability, integrity, integral, individualization, determinism, consistency, adaptability. The complex comprises combining psychofarmacoterapevtic and psychotherapeutic interventions, differentiated depending on the clinical specificity of non-psychotic disorders, personality types and behavioral responses confirmed neurophysiologic correlates. The implemented system showed the effectiveness on the basis of their clinical and psychopathological dynamics, as well as changes in social functioning and quality of life of patients.
