Object of study: the process of attracting and efficient use of investment in the agricultural sector of Ukraine. Purpose: the scientific basis of theoretical and methodological principles of effective mechanisms of investment in the agricultural sector of Ukraine in view of sectoral and territorial development features. Methods: Economics and Statistics, monographic, functional and structural analysis, correlation analysis, program. Scientific novelty: first tested in a scientific and practical level organizational and economic position of investment processes in the agricultural sector, by analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of adaptation of the national project "Green Markets" and "recovered cattle" to the socio-economic and climatic conditions Transcarpathia; Perspective directions of investment process in agricultural production and formation of Infrastructure food consumer market in the light of cross-border cooperation under the neighborhood policy between Ukraine and countries - members of the European Union.
