The dissertation deals with investigating problems of the protection of legitimate interests of citizens of Ukraine in the property field by means of administrative law. A comprehensive analysis of theoretical-legal and practical aspects of the protection of legitimate interests of citizens of Ukraine in the property field by means of administrative law is carried out on the basis of the current administrative legislation, general theoretical provisions of the doctrine of administrative law, generalization of the practice of applying administrative legislation and judicial practice, statistical data of the activities results of the subjects of the protection of legitimate interests of citizens in this sphere.
