Essay

The thesis is devoted to the actual scientific problem which consists in development of theoretical foundations for real time resource management in distributed information system (DIS), with taking into account the user information delivery requirements. The aim of the presented thesis is efficiency improvement of distributed information systems through dynamic management based on multi-agent approach. To achieve the research goal mathematical models and methods for distributed information system management, structure of dynamic DIS management system, information gathering of the state of DIS and its elements and decision making on DIS management under uncertainty were designed. Models of DIS dynamic system management agents on the basis of elements of artificial intelligence were designed. To solve particular problems methods of information theory, mathematical optimization theory, Markov processes, probabilistic-time graphs and mathematical modeling were used.
