Gazuda M. The effectiveness of management of renewable natural resources in agriculture.

The thesis contains the study of the theoretical, methodological and practical backgrounds of forming the mechanism of managing the process of utilization and recovery of renewable agricultural natural resources aiming to provide economic, social and ecological effect at the growth of the sector. The peculiarities, priorities and factors influencing the provision the effective management mechanism of renewable natural resources in agriculture are defined and described. The approach to the typology of natural resources in agriculture as to their certain characteristics is proposed. The assessment methodology of renewable natural resources in the process of their utilization in agriculture and the effectiveness of the process of managing them are developed. The analysis of the economic efficiency of the use of renewable resources in agriculture of the Carpathian region is carried out.The necessity is proved to improve the state regulation of the processes of renewable natural resources utilization in agriculture in terms of increasing the effectiveness of the mechanism of management towards the provision of sustainable development of agriculture as a whole. The triad model of the state-private partnership at implementation of ecological quality standards of agricultural products and environment is put forward.
