There are integration in static and dynamic aspects as a notion of theory of systems, integration processes in economy, forms of integration for subjects of economic activity and development of such forms considered in the thesis. The world experience of making and functioning of strategic alliances is analyzed. The experience and perspectives of strategic alliances making in domestic economy are analyzed. The content of ecosecent is considered, its subject and structure are shown. The purpose, features and characteristics of strategic alliances are analyzed. The features of strategic alliance as complex social-economical system are considered. It is shown that basis of economical security of strategic alliance is the balance of interests for participants of such alliance. The archetypes of strategic alliance (generalized images) are described based on the most important characteristics. The economic security of strategic alliance is considered in the context of interaction of its participants. The concept of strategic alliance economic security is formed. Based on analytical hierarchy process the archetypes of strategic alliances are formed. The content of such archetypes is formed. It is shown that such archetypes (property-based, non-pecuniary-based, concentric) are useful to build in domestic economy. Based of function of usefulness the ability to calculate the fair remuneration for the participation in strategic alliance is shown. The criteria of making the strategic alliance, distribution of income by its archetypes, distribution of remunerations and compensations for strategic alliance participants by archetypes of strategic alliance are proposed.
