Theoretical generalization and subject analysis of such difficult legal phenomenon, which the system of legal safeguard of earths enters, is conducted in dissertation. Argued, that the system of legal safeguard of earths shows by itself the computer-integrated aggregate of norms of the constitutional, administrative, criminal and civil legislation landed,, which forms the integral mechanism of legal safeguard and providing of functioning of earths, defence of separate objects of land-tenure, legal requirements determine in relation to the subjects of the legal landed relations.
