Gvozdetskyi V. Administrative-Legal and Organizational Principles of Preventing and Counteracting Corruption in Ukraine.

Thesis is one of the first after the adoption of the new anti-corruption legislation comprehensive scientific studies of the corruption as the specific social and legal phenomenon, which appears in the process and under the pretext of realization of administrative and legal functions of the concession of permissions, licences, quotas, public purchases and other financial-legal instruments, realization of registration certifying as well as licensing and regulatory functions, stoppage of which requires forming of theoretical and methodological bases of the special interdisciplinary system of an interpretation of methods and methodologies of administrative, financial, informational and legal sciences, for the development of organizational and legal infrastructure of the localization, early prevention of the corruption and creation of organizational and administrative-legal prerequisites for the decorruptionization of social relations.
