Object of the study is processes of the shaping to investment strategy of the development of the mines to coal branch, directed on maintenance their production powers. Objective of study is development theorist-methodological basis of the shaping to investment strategy of the maintenance of the production powers of the mines to coal branch with use the modern methods and models of management.
