Myskiv L. Administrative and legal principles of the implementation of inclusive education in Ukraine

Dissertation is devoted to the essence of legal regulation of inclusive education and the peculiarities of its implementation in Ukraine. The formation and development of legal maintenance of inclusive education in the world is characterized. Genesis of international legal standards of inclusive education model formation was found. Key principles, objectives and functions of the world model of inclusive education are defined. The normative and legal basis for the implementation of inclusive education in Ukraine are uncovered. The classification of normative acts implementing inclusive education in Ukraine is done. The notion of inclusive education is suggested and provided the general description of the inclusive education system.
