Essay

The work is devoted to the solution of the urgent economic management problem-adaptation of the motivation labour system at machine-building enterprises. After having examined theoretical approaches to the definitions of the categories "labour motivation", "efficient system of managing workers "labour motivation" the author gives his own definitions of these categories. It has been proved that motivation plays a very important role in the establishment of a remarkable capacity for work and also helps to formulate a new consciousness and ethics of labour.
