Object of the study is processes of management capitalization industrial enterprise and enterprises with full production cycle to product, including in modern condition of the management. Objective of study is development theorist-methodological positions and mechanism of management capitalization industrial enterprise, motivation scientifically-methodical toolbox and recommendation upon their realization on enterprise with full production cycle. Methods of research are logical generalization, much criterions to systematizations, comparative and economic analysis, tabular and graphic, mathematical statistics, mathematical modelling, econometric. Theoretical and practical results: the development theoretical basis management capitalization industrial enterprise with use the positions institutional to economic theory; recommendations on estimation quality process management to capitalization of the enterprise and development to strategies to its capitalization.
