The thesis is devoted to the examination features constitutional and legal regulation and organization of notaries in Ukraine. It analyzes the historical development of the Institute of Notaries in legal science and law, as well as provision of modern legal doctrine concerning the definition of notaries potential to provide qualified legal aid, its relationship with related legal concepts, definitions constitutional guarantees of notaries provide professional legal assistance. The particular elements of the mechanism of state control over notary, notary established place among other public authorities. Overview international experience research and normative content organization and activities of notaries and the main drawing it in Ukraine. A separate proposals and recommendations to improve legislation on constitutional and legal regulation of the institution of notaries and its place and role in the mechanism of protection of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen.
