Essay

The thesis is devoted to the solution of important scientific and applied problems of improving the efficiency of production processes of mineral fertilizers on the basis of the development of information technology of optimal control. The theoretical framework for designing information technology for optimal control of mineral fertilizers, the method based on two-phase approach and reference mathematical model of dehydration and granulation in a fluidized bed, method using the theory of fractal sets and mathematical model of granulation in a fluidized bed, which takes into account the chaotic nature of its hydrodynamics, multiparameter method and mathematical model for the tasks of managing the processes of production of fertilizers, method and structure-analytical model to identify the processes and optimal control of mineral fertilizers, energy-saving method of dehydration and granulation process in fluidized bed based optimization methods. Information technology of optimal control of mineral fertilizers allowed to extend uninterrupted installation of 1.2 times.
