The Thesis is devoted to theoretical and practical bases of scientific principles and working out some practical recommendations as for the organization and regulation of infrastructure support of Ukrainian rural areas' development. The evolution of views on social and economic development of rural areas had been systematized; the conceptual framework of infrastructure support had been specified. Organizational and economic mechanism of infrastructure to ensure the development of rural areas had been developed. Its institutional framework and regulators had been determined. The management content, economic, financial and investment relations of rural areas' infrastructure support and its typology had been studied. The factors of rural areas' infrastructure development and support had been grounded. The special attention had been paid to the evaluation of managing methodological principles and their impact on rural areas' development. The impact of infrastructure support and its interaction had been defined. The analysis of social and economic development of rural areas had been made; the estimation of their software infrastructure had been done. The statements as for the concept of infrastructure support of rural areas' development had been formed. The mechanism of increasing the investment attractiveness of rural areas and management strategies had been improved; some specific features of innovative component of infrastructure support of rural areas had been revealed. The use of public and private partnerships had been grounded; the funding mechanism of strategic development of rural areas' infrastructure support as part of long-term programs had been proved.
