Kasyanenko V. Methodological foundations of development management of Ukrainian economy innovation potential

Object of study - the management of the development of innovative potential of the national economy. Purpose of the work - is the development of theoretical positions, methodological foundations and development of practical recommendations for management of the development of innovative potential of Ukrainian economy. Methods of research: logical generalization, scientific abstraction; system-structural analysis; comparative, graphic and regression analysis, linear programming methods and fuzzy logic.Novelty of the research for the first time aggregated content-functional nature of innovation potential of the national economy was exposed, were invited methodological and methodical approach to the evaluation of efficiency of development of innovative potential of the national economy as a whole and its allocated components and integrated evaluation of missed opportunities managerial influence; methodological principles determining territorial priorities in the allocation of public investment given the level of autonomy of innovative regions; methodological and methodical approaches to optimization of the structure of budget investment in innovative programs for the industry of Ukraine were developed improved conceptual approach to the definition of national development management model innovation potential, scientific and methodological bases of monitoring the development and implementation of state innovation programs; improved conceptual and methodological foundations provision implementing innovative targeting mechanism; received the further development of methodological principles establish strategic threats and opportunities for the effective development of innovative potential of the national economy.The practical significance of the results is the possibility of building an integrated management system for innovation capacity of the national economy, which takes into account the peculiarities of its formation by type of economic activity, regions, forms the basis of managerial decision making and improve management of innovative development in general.
