The thesis deals with the constitutional and legal framework of pub-lic influence on the adoption of legal acts in the light of international and domestic experience. The author considers petition form of public influence on the adoption of legal acts, constitutional and legal regulation citizens' petitions, citizens' initiative, people's veto, advisory bodies and public hearing. Reveals the public influence on the adoption within the institution of lob-bying and public expertise of the public authorities.
