Yokhna M. Institutional and resource provision of the international competitiveness of industrial enterprises.

The complex of theoretical and conceptual concepts, scientific and methodological approaches and practical tools for the management of the processes of institutional and resource provision at the level of the industrial enterprise is formulated in the thesis. The theoretical and conceptual study of the institutional basis of the economic systems' competitiveness is conducted. The structural and dynamic analysis of domestic machine-building enterprises is conducted; the status and the sources of their resource provision in the context of international competitiveness are analyzed in the thesis; the problems of formation of the competitive institutional environment in Ukraine are studied. The conceptual competition model of the market participants taking into account resource and institutional restrictions was developed, the main regularities and principles of building enterprise management efficient system were defined. Scientific and methodic fundamentals of enterprises resources potential development by means of their inner institutional arrangement improvement were worked out, the directions and ways of expanding the enterprises access to unique resources through technological integration were grounded, practical set of tools for estimation the degree of industrial enterprises institutional and resource provision accordance to the objectives of their international competitiveness was developed.
