Dissertation is devoted to theoretical and methodological basis and development of scientific and practical recommendations for improving the toolkit implementation of state housing policy in Ukraine at different levels of regulation. Substantiated and developed the conceptual bases of formation of strategies for implementing a housing policy. It clarified the principles of the institutional mechanism of regulation of development of the housing market. Developed activities forming conditions and priorities of housing policy implementation strategy. The directions of activization of investment resources of the state in the implementation of housing policies.
