Tretyak V. Development of Social Infrastructure of Ukraine in the Conditions of Globalization.

The object of the research are economic processes which take place in the area of management of Ukrainian social infrastructure. The purpose is to give reasons to theoretical and methodological principles and to develop recommendations as to the increase of management efficiency in social infrastructure development of Ukraine in globalization conditions. The methods of this research are: historical approach dialectic cognition method; abstract and logical analysis; mathematical modeling and systems analysis; institutional, economic and law, economic and technical analyses, statistical, synergetic analyses. The novelty lies in the fact that for the first time here is proposed a set of scientific and theoretical approaches to social infrastructure management, which is based on verification of the phenomenon of capitalization of social infrastructure sectors and formation of them as a kind of economic activity under conditions of a globalized economic model of postindustrial type, factors of transformation of social infrastructure. It is also developed a conceptual model of regulation of the development of Ukrainian social infrastructure, which defines actualization of structure-creation service functions of social institutional infrastructure network. The results of the research are the following: it was justified a system of measures to make social politics more perfect; there were improved a methodological approach and the algorithm of a complex assessment of social infrastructure development efficiency of railway transport organization, tools for the estimation of the level of social infrastructure of municipal formations development, methodological approaches to the analysis of management, functions and technology of control in the health care system, methodological approaches to ground the tendencies of the development of educational complex of Ukraine and priority of its activity in globalization challenge in European integration context. There were further developed practical propositions as to the improvement of the efficiency of social infrastructure development management in the context of state and municipal social politics priorities. The above implementations were made by state and regional scientific institutions and by the authorities. The area of the research is social infrastructure.
