Dykha M. Theoretical and methodological basis for the development strategic directions of stable social-economic development of Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the development and scientific substantiation of theoretical and methodological foundations and practical recommendations on strategic priorities of socio-economic development of Ukraine and means of implementation. The conceptual basis of the functioning and development of social-economic systems has been examined in the work. The basic aspects of the optimal model of social-economic development of Ukraine described. The strategic goals of Ukraine development considering global trends and potential of the national economy have been outlined. Methodological approaches to the state evaluation and trends of country's social and economic development have been defined; the key issues, challenges and risks, stages of Ukraine's social and economic development have been described. Determined theoretical and methodological basis of state regulation and strategic planning of social-economic development has. The system of means of state regulation of social and economic processes has been determined. Basic grounds of financial mechanisms and technologies of investment and innovation processes' activities, ensuring of competitiveness and development of national economy have been presented. The strategic objectives and priorities of social and economic reforms in Ukraine, the conceptual principles of formation of social-economic development of Ukraine have been defined; modeling and forecasting of social-economic system development based on the mechanism of distribution of the state budget been implemented.
