3. The process of economic activity management in the system of economic and manufacture relations of machine-building enterprises is the research object. The development of concept, theoretical, methodological principles, methodic and applied fundamentals of formation and implementation of economic decisions in the system of machine-building enterprises economic relations in order to ensure the efficient flow of business processes is the research goal. Research methods used: Methods: systematization and generalization; grouping; analysis and synthesis; statistical analysis; economic and statistical methods; structural and logical analysis; morphological analysis; graphic method. The concept of formation and implementation of business decisions has been firstly developed; the new notion in the complex of economic decisions - "business decisions" has been introduced and justified, their content and essential differences have been characterized; the structuring of business activity has been formed and theoretically grounded. The classification of business decisions; analytical tools of decision making under uncertainty through the use of systematic approach to market diagnosing; the sequence of events of business decision-making of production cycle of economic entities by creating economic-mathematical model; the diagnosing method of the efficiency of business decision-making cycle of financial support of business entities have been improved. The theoretical and methodological fundamentals for the study and diagnosis of formation mechanism of economic activities as multilevel and multi-functional system; formation mechanism of resource management; the model of efficiency rationale of economic decisions adoption in investment cycle of business units; the evaluation method of competitiveness of investment business decisions of machine-building enterprises; principles of assessment of individual cycles transactions effectiveness of the entity. The research results have been implemented in machine-building enterprises and academic process. Machine-building enterprises are the scope of use of the author's proposals.
