Koverha S. Managing the balanced development of industrial enterprises

The thesis is devoted to the resolution of a relevant problem of theoretical, methodological and methodical substantiation of management system of balanced development at industrial enterprises. The conceptual framework of enterprise development has been researched; dialectical analysis of balance in economic systems and methodological analysis for assessing and managing the balanced development of enterprises have been carried out. The trends and main misbalances of industrial enterprise development in Ukraine in recent years have been studied. The viability of process approach to the modeling of economic systems has been validated. A concept of balanced development and operation management of industrial enterprises has been designed and developed up to the comprehensive entity. The mechanism has been realized through implementation of a set of scientific and methodological approaches to the process modeling of economic systems in the context of assessing their balance, assessment of balanced functioning of economic system elements, decision-making in the field of balanced functioning and development, monitoring balanced development, assessing the economic efficiency of managing the balanced development of industrial enterprises. The practical approval of suggested scientific approaches has been carried out at working machinery enterprises.
