Grytsenko V. Administrative and legal problems of optimization of the Ukrainian law enforcement system

Optimization problems of Ukrainian law enforcement system are comprehensively reviewed in the dissertation. Legal characteristics were presented, historical genesis of the formation and development of Ukrainian law enforcement system was investigated, and concept, purpose, principles, objectives and functions of Ukraine law enforcement were defined. The essence of law enforcement, their competence, legal guarantees of their activity, and types of legal responsibility were analyzed. In this dissertation the features of administrative and legal status of judicial bodies as subjects of law enforcement, types of administrative and legal relations with the participation of judicial bodies were investigated.
