Minakova S. Strategic reference points of development of logistic transport systems of Ukraine in the conditions of globalization

The object of research is the process development of the logistic transportation systems (LTS). The purpose of this dissertation is creation of theoretical and methodological principles, developing of methodical provisions and organizational approaches to formation and implementation of strategic orientations of developing of Ukrainian logistic transportation systems (LTS) in the context of globalization. The methods of research are: the principle of logical generalization, hypothetical and deductive method, system and analytical method, system and structural approach, structural and functional approach. The scientific novelty of this work is the creation of theoretical and methodological bases, methodical positions and organizational approaches to the development and implementation of the strategic guidelines of LTS of Ukraine on the basis of the development of the strategic targets of LTS of Ukraine in the context of globalization. For the first time methodological approach to the development of LTS theoretically was grounded. The complex of strategic orientations for key areas of Ukrainian LTS was detected. The concept of strategic development of Ukraine's LTS was grounded. The methodical aspects of designing logistics systems, methodical bases of research status and development potential of LTS, organizational and methodical approach to the formation of transport and logistics clusters, methodical approach to modal transport were improved in this research. The theoretical approach to the interpretation of LTS, the theoretical principles of strategic management of LTS, scientific substantiation of the impact of globalization processes on the development of LTS, direction of the transport policy of Ukraine, the ways to promote the development of LTS have been gotten for further development.
