Kaparulina I. Methodological bases of aviation enterprises in conditions of economic transformation

Holistic cohesive set of theoretical, methodological and methodical principles of research of enterprise development based on field-object methodology is grounded in the thesis and the specifics of development of aviation enterprises in conditions of economic transformation is singled out. Conceptual and methodological basis of the research of enterprise development is systematized in the work. An integrated field-object theory of enterprise development, which is content the two organic components - enterprise development and socio-economic development, is proposed. Methodological pattern and methodological principles of research are grounded. The concept of the enterprise as an economic object (content, functions and role of the enterprise in the socio-economic relations) is described. The frame-metaphor model of enterprise, which is based on the property of the enterprise to form behavioral patterns and the unavailability of internal processes external perception, is proposed. The parametric model of the enterprise, in which the enterprise is described as production factors allocated by functional areas in the form of structured assets, is proposed too. The basic laws of the enterprise development in the form of individual concepts and historical development of the enterprise are justified. Terminology of the theory of enterprise development is refined. Approaches to determining the level of the enterprise development and to diagnose organizational pathologies are offered.
