Peroschuk Z. Legal problems of regulating relations in the area of budgetary system of Ukraine.

The thesis is dedicated to comprehensive study of legal problems of regulating a budgetary system of Ukraine. Here, general-theoretical issues of legal regulation of budgetary system of Ukraine were considered, issues of budgetary legal relations and their elements (subjects, objects and context) were raised, special aspects of legal regulation of budget compounds making up the budgetary system of Ukraine were unveiled, budgetary decentralization as a direction of Ukraine's budgetary system reformation was studied. New approaches for understanding of separate categories of Ukraine's budgetary system are suggested. Series of theoretical provisions and practical guidelines were formed based on the analysis of Ukraine's budgetary legislation.
