This work is devoted to business process management in a system of innovative development of engineering enterprises. It was substantiated an expediency of using the process approach for evaluating innovative development of enterprises. It was researched principles and functions of business processes, a system of innovative development of enterprises, the number of business processes considering a standard of control and neural net. It was developed the mechanism of managing and adapting business processes to market conditions, proposed a strategy for managing business processes of enterprises. It was substantiated directions of improvement of business processes of enterprises through reengineering and redesign. It was developed a paradigm of business processes managing of enterprises, integrated approach to monitoring of a level of innovative development and a system of structural change.
